The BAP Group International remains committed to setting, meeting and exceeding the highest quality standards in Health, Safety and Environment. 

Health, Safety and Environment are of equal importance to management and employees as other business objectives. 

This policy applies to all stakeholders: employees, directors, customers, suppliers and contractors and will be achieved by ensuring understanding by all, and encouraging shared responsibility, empowerment and effective communication. 

The following key HSE principles will be applied to The BAP Group International's operations:

• To conduct adequate control of the Health, Safety & Environment hazards and risk arising from our work activities

• To consult with our employees on HSE Management and Performance

• To provide safe work conditions and equipment

• To address safe handling and transport of harmful substances

• To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees

• To ensure that all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training

• To regularly review our HSE statistics so as to prevent accidents and work-related illness

• To comply with all laws and regulations covering occupational health, safety and environment

• To provide human and financial resources to ensure the implementation of this policy

• To periodically review this policy and amend as required

 

This policy binds all directors, management and employees. We all have the responsibility for the environment, our health and our safety and therefore we will all ensure that all targets and objectives are met and revised from time to time.

HSE Management System

The BAP Group International is committed to being an industry leader in health, safety and environmental practices. 
 

This commitment is upheld through an integrated management system to focus our business activities and continually improve our health, safety and environmental performance. 
It applies to the complete life cycle of our business - from an acquisition, to operations, service and sales. 
 

The system is used to capture, organize and document The BAP Group International's commitment and expectations when it comes to managing our health, safety and environmental responsibilities.

Scope and Application

The HSE Management System applies to all HSE related matters arising out of all activities and operations controlled by The BAP Group International and its related companies. 
It also applies to the impact of those activities and operations on Employees, Contractors, the environment and the communities in which the company operates. 
 

All of The BAP Group International's businesses are required to provide appropriate information and to take appropriate actions as required by the HSE Management System to ensure compliance with Law, Regulation, National and International HSE Requirements and best practices. 
 

The HSE Management System is premised on the beliefs that effective management of Health, Safety and the Environment is based on a systematic approach to continual improvement with appropriate Governance structures set in place. 
 

Each of us has a clearly defined and unambiguous accountability that must be met to achieve that objective.
